Attention to Detail & function
The downstairs of 38 West Seminary is set up as open studio space so that it can be used for many different activities.
It has two large sets of front doors that open up to a large uptown green space that flows into Norwalk's Suhr Park with excellent access to parking.
The space is wheelchair accessible with a fully accessible bathroom with a sling lift, a changing table and enough space to accommodate 2 personal care providers.
The main entrance for this studio space is the set of french doors on the north side of the building that faces Main Street.
The upstairs of 38 West Seminary functions as CLI administrative offices and is accessible from the door that faces Seminary Street.
Enhanced Life...Better Community
If you or a group that you represent would like to use this new space, let us know what you are willing to barter in exchange. It doesn't have to have a specific cash value. CLI's primary mission is to help people connect in meaningful ways with other people. This means that the best possible "trade" would be an opportunity to be included in the life of our community.
